«A Redenção começará com os esforços dos próprios judeus; eles devem se organizar e se unir, escolher líderes e deixar as terras do exílio. Visto que nenhuma comunidade pode existir sem um órgão governante, a primeira nova ordem deve ser a nomeação dos anciãos... para supervisionar todos os assuntos da comunidade... Esses anciãos devem ser escolhidos por nossos maiores magnatas, de cuja influência todos dependemos. A organização de uma comunidade judaica internacional é, em si, o primeiro passo para a redenção.»
« The Redemption will begin with efforts by the Jews themselves; they must organize and unite, choose leaders, and leave the lands of exile. Since no community can exist without a governing body, the very first new ordinance must be the appointment of the elders... to oversee all the affairs of the community... These elders should be chosen by our greatest magnates, upon whose influence we all depend. The organization of an international Jewish is itself the first step to the redemption.
