Ida M. Tarbell (5 de novembro de 1857 — 6 de janeiro de 1944) foi uma escritora, professora, autora e jornalista americana. Ela é mais conhecida por seu livro de 1904, The History of the Standard Oil Company, que foi listado com 5 em uma lista em 1999 pela New York University dos 100 melhores trabalhos de jornalismo americano do século 20.
